1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into a category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This Promotion is exclusive to the Western Cape Tsogo Sun properties, namely The Caledon, Mykonos & Garden Route Casino.
4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Rewards members.
6. Participants earn points by playing slots or tables whilst using Tsogo Rewards cards.
7. Rewards members must earn 200 points at their respective unit to qualify for the Monthly, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov draws.
8. Reward members must earn points and play where they predominantly gamble. They will therefore only be eligible to be on the property’s leader board.
9. The Caledon monthly draws will take place on 31 Aug, 28 Sep, 26 Oct, and 30 Nov 2024.
10. Rewards members will receive tickets into the 7 December draw, based on their position on the leader board at their specific Unit.
11. Entries cannot be purchased for cash, points or through any other form of consideration.
12. Prize Winners will be selected by way of random draw. Draw times, dates will be advertised through approved advertising mediums used for this promotion. A breakdown of the prizes will be available at the Customer Service Desk and announced prior to the draw.
13. Participants must activate their entry into the draw(s), before or on the day of the draw(s) prior to the actual draw(s) from 08:00am to 21:55pm on draw date. The opening and closing times will be advertised through mediums used within the casino. No tickets will be available thereafter.
14. Participants must register to decline to be present at draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. Positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process. (Please refer to the prescribed Proxy nomination form for this purpose).
15. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize, but who is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided on the Proxy nomination form or through information that is otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may within 15 days of the draw claim the prize.
16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise advertised. Prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
17. The prize winner must claim the prize at the casino within 15 days of the draw.
18. All decisions of The Caledon Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board.
19. Any person transgressing the Rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
20. In the event of technical failure or damage to the devices used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. Should any of the events occur The Western Cape Gambling & Racing Board will be notified in a 24 Hour Period to the technical Failure or Device.
21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the Rules by virtue of their participation.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
23. Each winner will be called out and the winning ticket verified to the information displayed on the ticket Receipt.
24. Monthly draw winners will be selected via the ehost (Draw selector). Winners will be announced at draws or by telephone (if applicable). Earn tickets by playing Slot or Table games. Competition rules available at www.thecaledoncasino.co.za  or at the Customer Service Desk.

Entry Mechanics

• This Promotion is exclusive to Tsogo Rewards member’s only.
• Tsogo reward members must play Slots or Tables to earn points over promotional period 1 Aug – 30 Nov 2024 at their respective Unit to be eligible to partake in the promotion.
• A Leader board will be displayed on the gaming floor, being updated weekly to display the Top point’s earners.
• At Caledon specifically, the overall Top 10 Slots & Top 5 Tables points earners will receive final draw tickets into the 7^th December draw as per the below breakdown over the promotional period.
• Final draw tickets will also be issued to the Monthly Top 10 Slots & Top 5 Tables points earners as per the below breakdown:

MONTHLY DRAWS: (Electronic Draw-with tickets)

• All Tsogo Reward members has to earn 200 points to qualify for 1 ticket(s) into the 19h00 – 22h00 draws.

• Participating cardholders will need to earn points, Print their ticket receipt as per the below dates.

• Draw ticket is only valid for the specific draw for which it has been allocated to.
• Participants will have to keep their ticket receipt to claim their prize.
• All winners will be selected via the ehost software for the monthly draws. (draw selector).
• Proxy forms will be available at the customer service desk and will be available from the date of ticket printing until the actual draw date.
• Each draw winner will win a prize as stipulated below.

FINAL DRAW (MANUAL DRAW) – TO BE DONE AT CALEDON

• The Top 10 Slots & Top 5 Tables points earners that is on the Caledon’s leader board will receive “final draw tickets as per the above leader board breakdown.

• The top points earners will be informed via SMS to collect their ticket Receipt at the customer service desk.
• Draw ticket Receipts will be available to be collected from 2 December until 6 December 2024; from 08h00am until 19h55.
• Tickets will be placed in a secured sealed bag with a sealed number at Mykonos, Garden Route and Caledon Casino.
• Mykonos & Garden Route Casino final draw tickets will be bagged, sealed and brought to Caledon by their unit representative.
• Tickets will be unsealed and deposited in a Tombola at the draw area on 7^th December, which will be monitored by Surveillance & Security.

• Participants in the final draw on 7 Dec 2024 can only win one prize.
• A total of 5 tickets will be drawn from the Tombola on 7 Dec 2024 at 8pm. Prizes to be won are as per below.
• Draw Auditors will consist of Surveillance, Security & Marketing to validate & verify the winning ticket.
• The draw will be screened live on the property at all 3 units.
